Abstract

 

               This research aims to study the relationship between personnel’s satisfaction and relation to organization, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Ubonratchathani Campus by using sample: the managers, lecturers, officers of University numbers 62 persons.  It is survey research.  The tools were used for collecting data is questionnaire that the researcher creates alpha coefficient according to Cronbach.  Computer instant program is used to analyze data for finding out percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Correlation coefficient.

               The results of research are:

               1. Personnel’s satisfaction in work by all fronts is in middle level. Fronts in detail are:

Responsibility in work is in high.

System of managing organization is in middle.

Progress in work is middle.

Relation between people is high.

Surrounding in work is middle.

Salary and income is middle.

                 2. Personnel’s relation to organization by all fronts is in middle:

  Relation with boss is in middle.

  Relation with colleague is middle.

  Relation to constitute is high.

                 3. The Relationship between personnel’s satisfaction and relation to organization, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Ubonratchathani Campus in all fronts are found that: statistic level 0.05
